Riverfront Penthouse
Unique Perspective
A former bleach factory on the National Register of Historic Places, the building had fallen into gross disrepair. A visually striking penthouse was added to the top of the original building to provide a unique view and additional square footage.
Due to the distinct form of the building, the penthouse was a terraced split-level then became the only unit with rooftop access and a truly unobstructed 360-degree view of downtown, uptown, French Quarter New Orleans, and the Mississippi River.
This space was designed for a Westbank businessman as an escape into the city. The layout and location is perfect for entertaining guests as well as a convenient spot for managing his properties while he is in town.
