Abode on the Avenue
This former grand house was converted into a glamorous condo for a local hospital executive who likes to entertain but also needs a place to relax. The beautiful rooftop patio brings the ancient oaks of St. Charles Avenue into the living space through the use of easily accessible walk-through windows.
Creating Culture in the Space
An enchanting space, we sought to capture the feel of New Orleans by introducing a graphic black-and-white awning striped banquette and playing card wallpaper. We featured marbleized watercolor prints and moody dark high-gloss walls to contrast with the white walls and stately array of furniture.
From the Client
Tanga does an amazing job interpreting what her clients want and then making it happen, no matter the style or budget.

Blending Business and Pleasure
Since our client was someone with a stressful job, we needed a space where they could relax, but also have fun with friends. The second bedroom serves as a multi-purpose entertainment, office, and bedroom, with one of the matching sofas being a sleeper sofa. Blending traditional and modern elements, this colorful condo is the perfect entertainment hub for the Mardi Gras season.
